Network of networks of HIV positives in Ethiopia [NEP] wants to purchase quality umbrellas for women and men. Thus, interested bidders are invited to participate in this bid in line with the following criteria.
Instruction to bidders:
Bidders must have renewed relevant license, registration of supplier’s certificate from ministry of finance and economic development and value Added TAX [VAT] certificate.
Interested bidders can purchase a complete set of bid documents up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 50.00 [fifty only] at 5th floor starting from June 6, 2016 in working hours.
Bidders shall furnish a bid security of 2000.0 [birr two thousand] in the from of certificate cheque or CPO.
