Israel Suspends Palestinian Ramadan Permits After Tel Aviv Shooting.

Israel on Thursday imposed a serious of sweeping restriction on Palestinian movement and deployed hundreds of additional troops to the west Bank in respond to Tel Aviv attack that killed four Israelis.
The shooting carried out by two west Bank Palestinian, targeted a crowded tourist and restaurant district in the heart of Tel Aviv and was among the deadliest and most brazen attack in nine-month wave of violent.
The areas is located across the street from the Israelis military head quarter. As a Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu prepared to meet with has security cabinet to discuss further respond.

The Israelis military announced that it was deploying two additional battalion to the west Bank in accordance with situation assessment. The deployment involving hundreds of troops include soldiers from infantry and special uni.   

Staving off famine in Ethiopia

Orientation and registration of students shall be processed for those who are assigned by the ministry of education or accepted by the university.
A candidate shall be enrolled for his /her formal study at the beginning of the academic year following admission and placement.
Every student must register at the beginning of each semester in order to keep his/her file active. Astudent who fail to officially withdraw or bring acceptable reason within the time specified in this legislation from the program will be considered to have as a dropped from the program.
Every student has to process his/her registration in person. Registration for course is done in consultation with department advisor.

Setting Up Regional Industrial Clusters in Ethiopian



The ministry of industrial of the Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, in collaboration with its partners’ would like to develop a cluster master plan to facilitate the growth and development of large number of small medium enterprise in textiles, aggro-processing.

The desired contract or in coordination with relevant government departments and stakeholders, will be expected to conduct an in country assessment and examine various factory such as geography, infrastructure, access to raw material.

The assignment, which requires international and nation expertise, will commence on 25 July 2016 and be completed by 14 October 2016.

Accordingly, MOI invites eligible organizations to submit proposal to carry out this work to enterprise partner. Interested organizations may obtain the detailed terms of reference for this work.

Netanyahu to Visit Ethiopian



                                      

     Israeli Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit Ethiopia in July this year. The visits of Israel Prime minister was revealed by Belaynesh Zevadia, Israelis ambassador to Ethiopia, during a celebration of the 68th independent days of Israel which was held on Wednesday May 18, at Sheraton Addis Hotel.

    Speaking at the events, ambassador Zevadia said Ethiopia and Israel have historical relationship from the time of Queen of Sheba.

  She noted that, Israel under agreement on culture, education and scientific cooperation, provided short terms training in agriculture and others areas of expertise through MASHAV, Israel`s agency for international development cooperation.

M ekelle stadium to progressing well



The much anticipate and delayed stadium is finally seeing the end of the tunnel . according to project manager Aite marage kahsu phase three is 90% completed and what is left is the next phase that will include much of the finishing works.
     The stadium is being prep for lekatit 11 celebration as it is now. The stadium will seat comfortable closed  to four thousand people and will be equipped according to Olympic  international standard .
The lead contractor, Tekle Birhan Ambaya construction, has employed at one point over 1000 worker s to completed phase three ahead of schedule.
The current plan is for the next phase to commence shortly. However, there is no set data for the start of the next phase. If the stadium is finished soon the northern star  city will join other Ethiopian cities that have already build a function modern stadium .

የልኡክ ጽሁፍ ርዕስEthiopia: Tigray Capital, Mekelle Bans Smoking In Public Areas





Addis Ababa the capital of Ethiopia’s northern Tigray region, Mekelle, has banned a smoking in public areas, making it the first Ethiopian city to implement a tobacco control proclamation bills passed by parliament last year.


Ethiopia law maker last year unanimously passed a law prohibiting smoking in public has a part of national effort to discourage a practice and curb tobacco-related illness.


The bans, which has been welcomed the wider public, also intends to help reduce exposure to second-hand smoke.


The new law restrict smoking in public areas, including sport, school, bars and restaurant and will also banned in open air space, hospital, health centre and others areas where cultural and religious event take place.
